Document Management System for Clinical Trials
psiSuite is a web based document management system to process paper based report forms of clinical trials.
psiSuite consists of the following components:
- psiSuiteCID Server
Component which stores all scanned images and associated index- and meta-data. Also handles access rights management. - psiScan Client
Application to scan images, automatically pre-index each scan and synchronize data with psiSuiteCID. - psiBrowse Client
Application to view and process documents, generate reports and submission ready PDF's. - psiAdmin Client
Application to manage user access and setup studies.
psiSuite Security Features
Since psiSuite is dealing with sensitive data and information, ensuring data security and integrity is a major focus within psiSuite.
Security features include:
- All communication is encrypted through HTTPS.
- On top of HTTPs encryption, all data transferred is encrypted with customer specific encryption keys.
- User rights management enabling a fine grain access control (e.g. browse, index, review, pdf-generation, report generation, etc.).
- Optional use of user validation against domain.
psiSuite Licensing Model - 3P
Since Bluestone is hosting the psiSuiteCID server as a 'Software as a Service' (SaaS), customers only pay for
what they really use, without dealing with installations or maintenance.
- 3P - Pay per Page
- Customer is using a Bluestone hosted, HIPPA compliant, server installation
- No server installation or maintenance costs
- Various support packaged available
- Unlimited number of psiScan Client and psiBrowse installations
- Guaranteed bandwidth allocation optional
- Volume rates available
- Customer will get a copy of the complete hosted data each month (weekly if demanded)
